 When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and
now each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same comment.
Is there any way you can remove people from that
service? Thank you!

 Everything said made a bunch of sense. But,
think on this, suppose you added a little information?
I am not suggesting your content is not solid., but suppose
you added a post title that makes people want more?

I mean :: ,ビ,r,G,X :: is a little vanilla. You should glance at Yahoo's home page and watch how they create news titles to grab people to click.
You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab people excited
about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it could bring your posts a
little livelier.
